The Model Room
Accessed via an ornate teak staircase the Model Room is full of
marine artifacts including ships’ bells, medals, and (as the name
suggests) a priceless collection of antique model ships. The room is
suitable for a variety of events, but is particularly apposite for
cocktail receptions ahead of dinners in the Court Room.
The Court Room
The fact that this room was once the ship’s engine room means it now
enjoys double height ceilings. The Court Room is adorned with the Master
Mariners’ collection of silver and gold set into cabinets in the wood
panelling and also features a number of framed antique charts. The room
is fully equipped with in-built AV equipment.
The Quarter Deck
The ship’s outdoor quarter deck is covered with an awning and fitted
with heaters, affording it the best of both the inside and out. The
ship’s prime Thames location is fully apparent here, where a sweeping
vista of the South bank is available, taking in everything from St.
Paul’s to Big Ben, including the Shard, the OXO Tower and the London
Eye! At night this impressive view becomes superlative!
The Committee Room
Available for restricted booking, the Committee Room is panelled in
oak and offers an impressive boardroom or small dinner function room.
Located on the upper deck of the ship, the Committee Room offers
fantastic views of the Thames and the South Bank.
